Emotion Code is a gentle, non-invasive energy-healing technique that helps release negative “trapped” emotions held in the subconscious. These emotions may be connected to past stress, overwhelm, or trauma and can contribute to pain, anxiety, fatigue, emotional heaviness, or difficulty focusing and sleeping.

During each private Zoom session, intuitive muscle testing is used to identify trapped emotions, and a therapeutic magnet is used to help release them. Clients often describe the process as calming, supportive, and deeply relieving.
